The Originality Mindset
The athlete explores ideas without losing purpose, structure or the team.
The Leadership Mindset
Standards, support and responsibility show up through action.
The Determination Mindset

Before you begin
The GOLD Situational Awareness Questionnaire explores a young athlete's self-reported perception of how available Growth, Originality, Leadership and Determination responses feel across common youth sport situations.
That means it is not measuring personality, not measuring mental health, not measuring talent, and not predicting future performance.
When the questionnaire is completed, a copy of the report will be securely sent to Sam Lomax for review and support.
